Tulasi is one of the most sacred woods used in our worship. Tulasi is the place where Devi Lakshmi resides. It is well known for healing energy and keeping oneself calm. Tulasi mala is used specifically for the mantra chanting or prayers for Lord Vishnu, Rama, Krishna and Devi Lakshmi. We can even wear tulasi mala around the neck to heal the body from various diseases. It is believed that by wearing tulasi mala, we can always have peace of mind and the body is always activated.
